Squid Pro Quo is located on the south end of the Sea Gypsy, giving you an impressive view of that little body of water out there we like to call the Pacific Ocean. As a bonus, it also stands right above the D River, where you can watch migrating salmon traversing up the shortest river in the world. A bald eagle can be seen on occasion stalking the fish. Bring the family (or some friends) because six people can sleep here. There is a king bed in the back bedroom and a queen bed in the oceanside suite as well as two full bathrooms. A queen-sized sleeper sofa can sleep two more. Both rooms feature flat screen TVs and DVD players for a little nighttime entertainment. "Air Bud," anyone? Another great thing about No. 327 is the full kitchen. Bring some of those home cookin' skills with you and take advantage of the range oven, cooktop, fridge and a microwave. Have dinner right by our windows at the dining room table, which is great for enjoying meals or playing games while keeping an eye on the sea. Hours can be spent at the oversized window watching whales and seals.

Unit 228, which we call “Octopus Prime,” is a modern, remodeled condo at the south end of the Sea Gypsy that overlooks the famous D River and features an equally famous view of the Great Pacific. Enjoy a spectacular, unobstructed views of the beach and the crashing waves of the ocean from a wall of windows in the living room. This unit has a king bed in the private master suite. The two full bathrooms are tastefully decorated and feature an abundance of generously sized bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Our full kitchen will satisfy all your cooking whims. It features full-sized appliances and cupboards full of pots, pans, and utensils. This condo has seen a lot of improvements over the past few years. The owners have installed new hardwoodlike floors, new carpet, and repainted.  Enjoy an indoor heated pool and sauna, as well as access to two outdoor gas grills.  

Unit 304 is a simple, eloquent and spacious condo we call "Shell in a Handbasket." It was completely remodeled from head to toe in 2015 and has a nice, new feel to it. Perched on the top floor, you can view cargo vessells on the horizon migrating on their shipping routes, and observe the grey whales closer migrating as part of their mating ritual. No. 304 Shell in a Handbasket sleeps four on a brand new queen sized murphy bed in the oceanside suite and another queen sized bed in the private bedroom. The oceanfront suite is wide and open with two relaxing chairs, a loveseat and a flatscreen TV with DVD player and a DVD library. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized fridge, range oven and cooktop, microwave and cookware.

Searenity Now will be your new favorite top floor condo. The breathtaking views will be the first thing you see as you enter this condo.  This beautiful 3rd floor, beachfront condo can sleep four people, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen with basic cookware. There is a queen bed, a pullout sofa, and two flat screen TVs. Enjoy the incredible view of the Pacific Ocean right out the huge front window!  Lincoln City is a laid back coastal town with lots of fun vacation activities. The Sea Gypsy is conveniently located off HWY 101 in the center of town and is within walking distance to several restaurants, antique shops, pubs, etc. There is a bowling alley in town, as well as glass blowing, two movie theaters, Outlet Mall and of course, Chinook Winds Casino. We have an indoor heated salt water pool, and dry sauna, as well as guest laundry facilities on site to make your stay convenient and fun. Unit 325 is a fireplace suite we've nicknamed “Sands to Reason.” It is one of the condos in our rental pool that can sleep 5 vacationers. There's a queen in the bedroom, along with a twin pull out , which we recommend for kids, a queen in the living area plus a full size futon bed. The two sleeping areas are separated by communicating doors, and there's bathrooms in both spaces. Sands to Reason has a 55-inch TV in the living room, right above the large electric fireplace that gives the unit a soft glow at night. It's a very cozy condo with a nice color scheme — ever heard of Twilight Grey? — and a lot of personal touches from the owner. There's a full kitchen with newly installed pendant lighting. We provide all the cookware and gadgets you need for the Gordon Ramsey in your party — everything except the attitude. This condo is near the south end of the building, giving you not only a great view of the ocean, but also the famous D River. How many properties are both beachfront and riverfront? The D River is special as the shortest river in the world. It runs adjacent to the Sea Gypsy from Devil's Lake into the Pacific. In the summers you can play in the shin-deep waters, and in the winter you can watch salmon migrating upstream. A bald eagle has been spotted stalking the fish each of the past four years. The Sea Gypsy's proximity to the beach cannot be understated. There are three access points in front of this condo that are just a few steps to the sand. Hit the beach and take a 10-minute walk to the north to find natural tide pools with all kinds of surprises. Guests staying in No. 325 Sands to Reason have access to the Sea Gypsy's indoor saltwater swimming pool, plus a sauna. If you feel like getting out of 325's kitchen, there are two gas barbecues on site where you can do some outdoor grilling.  

No. 223 at the Sea Gypsy is a fun and eclectic condo we call "Surf du Soleil." The second floor view from the south end provides an awesome view of the D River as it feeds into the Pacific Ocean. Certain times of the year you can view migrating salmon coming up the river, and a Bald Eagle that stalks the fish. Harbor seals lurk in the shallow waters at the mouth of the river. No. 223 Surf du Soleil sleeps four on two beds, both with beachy new bedding — one in the oceanside suite and the other in the private back bedroom. Bring some new recipes to try out in this condo's full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, toaster, microwave, and coffee pot with complimentary coffee.

Sea Gypsy No. 103 is a ground floor condo we call "Beaches Be Crazy." Situated at the north end of our facility, you're just a few feet away from the Sea Gypsy's shortest beach access point, which is just six steps from the sand. You can literally go Zero to Beach in 10 seconds. We know, you've had a hard week at work and you need a vacation. Stay here, and we can promise this: If you've got 99 problems, a beach ain't one. At least not any more. You can quit your beachin' as you kick up your feet and take in the view on the patio. We have a full kitchen, two separate sleeping areas, two bathrooms and a king bed in the master bedroom. Additionally, we have our own private, password-protected Wifi in our condo. Our condo was completely remodeled in 2015 with new drywall, appliances, cabinets, paint, carpet, shower surrounds and the works. We have a cool new 50-inch TV with DVD/Blu-ray player, plus several board games in the oceanfront suite. The master bedroom has some extras, too, including a dual shower head in the bathroom and a hair dryer. When you first walk in to the condo, you'll take a look at your new surroundings and say, "Beach, please!" That's right, it's the coast you're here for. We can brag about this condo and its amenities, or the indoor salt-water pool at our facility, but when it's all said and done it's all about the ground floor, the beach access and the unbelievable view. As sunset nears, and the condo fills with an evening glow, grab a chair and look out your eight-foot sliding glass doors and watch that Sun of Beach go down.

No. 311, which we call “Lord of the Tides,” is one of our most spacious condos. Because it is on the third-floor, the view cannot be beat. It has recently been updated with new ultra soft carpet, new light fixtures, new draperies, bedding, wall decor and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. It is easy to spend hours sitting in front of the wall of windows enjoying the unobstructed view of the beach and the crashing waves of the ocean. Just because you’re on vacation doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy the convenience of home cooking. This condo has a full kitchen with range oven, stovetop, fridge, microwave, toaster, crockpot and all the dishes and cooking supplies you could need. Enjoy the privacy of two separate sleeping areas that each feature comfortable queen beds as well as two full bathrooms. From your front windows, gaze to the north to observe the natural tide pools, which are a short 10-minute walk away. Turn to the south and observe the D River, the shortest in the world. Gaze out into the water, and look for fishing boats and the occasional whale spout dotting the horizon. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool and sauna, and if you feel like getting out of 311?s kitchen, there are two gas grills on the property available for you to barbecue! We provide all the linens, towels, toiletries, cookware and complimentary coffee. This isn’t a motel room. It’s home!

Sea Gypsy No. 105 is a premium ground-floor condo with a relaxed, casual vibe that we call "Reef Witherspoon." This unit sleeps two with a king bed and two full bathrooms. It invites you to hang out and enjoy the surf just beyond your 8-foot tall glass-sliding door. A well-equipped kitchen, abundant cookware, utensils, gadgets, silverware, glasses and dinnerware make meal preparing a pleasure. The unit was added to the rental pool in November 2019. The new owners purchased it at the end of 2019, breathing new life into the space, making it much brighter and, perhaps, Legally Blonder.   The bedroom provides room for personal options; adequate floor space for a pack-and-play if you're traveling with tiny humans. There are no steps into this ground-floor condo.  Unit 105 is located adjacent to a handicapped parking space. Additionally, direct beach access, six shallow stairs, is only about 40 feet from your door. The year-round heated, saltwater pool and dry sauna, as well as on-site laundry, are just steps from the condo. Enjoy complimentary beach chairs on the grassy outdoor area, where you can watch your children play in the sand, enjoy a glass of wine, and views of kites, seabirds and the bobbing heads of harbor seals in the shallow waves beyond. Walk the beach 10 minutes to the north and enjoy the natural tide pools. Walk south and wade in the D River, the shortest river in the world.

Dock Cousteau is a spacious third-floor condo that sleeps six with a most spectacular ocean view. Updated in June 2014, Sea Gypsy No. 319 features a queen bed in the oceanside suite, plus a convertible sofa that becomes a double bed. It has two full bathrooms and is nearly 658 square feet. Cook your own meals in our kitchenette. Enjoy the privacy of two separate sleeping areas. There is another queen in the master bedroom. Watch for whales spouts dotting the horizon, or the occasional harbor seal in the shallow waves. The Sea Gypsy's beach access cannot be beat.

"The Sandalorian" is the name of condo 217 at the Sea Gypsy. This stunning 2nd floor unit features panoramic views of the mighty Pacific Ocean, access to the heated saltwater pool, and WiFi In the oceanside suite you'll find a flat screen television with a comfortable queen bed as well as a pullout sofa, making perfect for those who want to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean.  Feel like cooking during your stay? Need a private oceanside suite for you and a special someone? Unit 112 is perfect for you. This unit, which we call “Prawn Solo,” is perfect for a couple, or someone running solo. This suite can sleeps three with a queen bed and a love seat that can converts into a twin bed. It has a full kitchen with range oven, a flatscreen TV, plus a DVD player and dedicated Wi-fi. Your wireless Internet is password-protected for your exclusive use.  

'Bonfire of the Manatees' is a fantastic ground floor condo at the Sea Gypsy. It sleeps up to four people on two queen beds, one in the oceanside suite and the other in the back bedroom.  There are two full bathrooms as well as a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a full sized fridge, glass top oven, microwave, coffee pot and plenty of cookware.  This condo has two flat screen TVs with DVD players as well as a DVD library. There is a small electric fireplace in the oceanside suite and a table situated by the sliding glass door to play games at while watching the ocean!

Sea Gypsy No. 316, which we call "Finders Keepers," is a third-floor condo that enjoys an incredible view of the coastline. It sleeps 4 in two separate sleeping areas with a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. Unit 316 is perched on the Sea Gypsy's third floor near the center of our property. This condo just oozes cozy. It’s warm and inviting decor will just add to the soothing view you get from this upper level unit. The master bedroom has a private entry, a full bathroom, and a very comfortable queen bed. In the oceanside suite, there is also an equally cozy full murphy bed. Take a couples trip and don't worry about privacy, you can absolutely have a fun getaway as a group but also get private couple time in the evening. Let the ocean rock you to sleep with the soothing sounds of the waves lapping up on the shore. Open wide the oceanfront picture windows so you have that cool ocean breeze and that amazing sound. It’s better than any other form of sleep aid we can think of! The full kitchen comes with most amenities you’d expect to find, including a four-burner stovetop, a large microwave, decent-sized fridge, and most utensils and cookware you’d expect to find in Wolfgang Puck's kitchen. Sea Gypsy No. 209 is a family suite that we call "Starfish Enterprise." This large condo can dazzle six vacationers with its magnificent ocean view right out of an oversized living room window. Beach access is just 12 steps down to the sand and the condo comes with six folding beach chairs for your campfire at night. Even on a stormy day, you have everything you need inside this well-appointed condo. There's an electric fireplace which puts out a soothing ambient glow while you watch the roaring waves. A DVD library provides hours of entertainment while you curl up on the couch and keep an eye on the view. Take a break from movie watching and play one of the board games provided by the owner. One thing that sets this condo apart from a standard hotel room is its lavish kitchen. It has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, an oven, a full-sized fridge, plenty of cookware, and a full-sized dishwasher, which is a rare amenity at the Sea Gypsy! Enjoy the comforts and convenience of home cooking on your vacation. Bring family members or a few friends along because there's room for everybody! Sea Gypsy No. 203, which we've nicknamed "Orion Seaquest," is a standout condo with an emphasis on cooking and comfort. It features a unique kitchen floor plan with more space and culinary amenities for the Julia Child in your party. There's even a dishwasher, which most Sea Gypsy condos lack. The master bedroom features a soft king bed, and an upgraded bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and an overhead fan to cycle that cool ocean breeze through your condo. A sofa bed in the oceanside suite can sleep two more adults for a total of four vacationers. The living area features one of the most unique floor plans at our facility. The kitchen is huge for a Sea Gypsy condo. You won't find an identical kitchen anywhere else in our complex. Aside from the interior comfort, this condo draws guests because of its access to the beach. The Sea Gypsy is as close to the ocean as you can get without getting soaked. There are three short staircases on our oceanfront patio that take you down onto the sand. The shortest beach access point is just six steps.  From your large oceanfront window, you can watch for grey whales and sea lions dipping in and out of the shallow waves. Natural tide pools are a short 10-minute walk north where you can find hermit crabs, sea urchins, starfish and other surprises. The famous D River is just steps to the south and adjacent to our facility. It is the shortest river in the world, and a great place for kids to play in the shin deep water. We have an indoor saltwater pool open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. There's a dry sauna in the pool facility as well. There are two gas barbecues on site available for your use.

Sand and Sea combines two of the most popular units here at the Sea Gypsy into one luxurious super-condo. This top floor unit features spectacular views and the ability to sleep up to 8 guests.  The studio side of unit, which can be closed off for privacy, features a full kitchen and a comfortable queen bed. There is also a pullout sofa for those needing a little additional sleeping. The one bedroom side features a private bedroom with a luxurious king bed, and master bath. Unit 110, which we call “Worthy Porpoise,” is one of the premium beachfront properties on the Oregon coast. The oceanside suite includes a 42-inch TV mounted against the wall, a queen-sized Murphy bed, and a reclining microfiber love seat, dining room table and a full kitchen stocked to the nines with cooking supplies. If home cooking is on your agenda during this beach vacation, this is the spot for you. This condo has 8-foot glass sliding doors that open right up overlooking the edge of the beach. Enjoy the grassy patio, where you can watch your children build sandcastles below, and look for the bobbing heads of harbor seals in the shallow waves beyond. Walk north 10 minutes to some natural tide pools. Walk south and wade in the D River, the shortest river in the world. The master bedroom includes a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, as well as another 40-inch television and second full bathroom. The Murphy bed in the oceanside suite folds up into the wall, allowing the condo to sleep four while maintaining the spaciousness of the living area. No. 110 Worthy Porpoise is located in one of the most convenient spots at the Sea Gypsy. There are NO STAIRS to this ground-floor condo, which is about 30 feet from the entrance of the Sea Gypsy’s indoor heated pool and sauna. An outdoor gas grill and vending machine are right outside 110′s back door, too.
