The home is just a short 2 minute walk from the North Sunriver Store. It is a 10 minute bike ride to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) and includes 8 unlimited use passes!!  This cozy and comfortable home is a newer, 1350 square foot home, with warm, inviting furniture and a new king bedroom . A brand new A/C system is one incredible upgrade this home has to offer. A beautiful back deck with plenty of privacy give this single level home a cozy cabin feel.  This single level home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. There is direct access from the master bedroom, to the hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
