This brand-new split-level 2nd story studio/with loft is an architectural masterpiece. Sitting high above garages, it has no adjoining walls with other living spaces allowing for total privacy.The main floor has high ceilings with a king size bed along with a queen size sleeper sofa. The loft has a queen size air mattress which sleeps 2 people (there is a drop-down ladder to access the loft which is not recommended for children and elderly people). The stair house area has a fold out mat which sleeps 1 person. This unit has a full-size kitchen and a peninsula with seating for up to 4 people.The price is for 4 people however the unit can sleep up 7 people at an extra cost.The bathroom has a beautiful shower along with a Jacuzzi tub. There are multiple windows, a large sliding door to a deck and skylights that make for an incredible airy feeling. The living space is approximately 750 sq. ft. with an additional 450 sq. ft. of roof top deck. There are two private decks. One of the decks is outside the main space with a barbecue and dining table for your outdoor dining pleasure. The other deck is a large private rooftop deck with endless views, comfortable outdoor furnishings as well as a fire pit and optional a hot tub at a fee. Parking: This home is located on a dead-end street with free street parking up and down the street. Private parking is available at a cost. Smoking is allowed outside on patios and decks. Check-in time is at 5pm and no later than 9pm. Check-out time is at 10am. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-outs.
