This property sleeps up to 8 and is loaded with amenities and creative highlights. While we do allow pets, we have a weight limit of 50 pounds and they MUST be house-broken and trained. The quarter-acre fenced lot makes an awesome space for the whole family to enjoy outdoor fun! What a rare west-side gem of a property! This place is beaming with charisma, color and character. Professionally designed and decorated, this home was set up to be a warm and welcoming space for families and small groups traveling to the area to enjoy our beautiful city. You'll have full use of the house, laundry and backyard with the amazing hot tub. On-street parking or private parking spaces right on the east corner of the lot off the alley are available! Set in a charming and mature neighborhood with large trees, this place offers it all. You will have convenient access just one minute from the main interstate (I-25) and will be within 5 minutes to downtown, local breweries and other great amenities. If you're looking to go to Garden of the Gods then you're in for a treat with a quick 10 minute drive! With another short drive you can find the Lincoln Center, a historic school building converted into a bustling attraction for libations and craft eateries. We recommend Building Three Coffee and Nightingale Bakery! This incredible gem is right off I-25 and close to shopping, groceries and more! Also, note that there is the Santa Fe Trail System which is a great biking and pedestrian trail system for commuters. If you have bikes you can easily get downtown on this trail system. Please Note: The truck and camper parked on the west side of the property are occupied by our groundskeeper Robert who is very kind and keeps to himself. Also of note, you will see a Service Fee for $60 on your reservation. This is a damage waiver fee automatically applied to your reservation to protect you in the event any covered damage occurs during your stay. Please Note: The minimum booking age for this property is 25.
