The nearby king bedroom has stunning mountain views, TV with cable as well as walk out access to the balcony. The private full bathroom is attached and features a large tub for soaking, a tiled shower, and double granite vanities. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV with cable. Just outside in the hallway is a second full bath with a tub/shower combination.  SugarJax is located near Banner Elk with proximity to Blowing Rock, Boone, Appalachian State university, restaurants, and shopping. CANCELLATION POLICY - FIRM:  Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.  Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.  All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
