There is another TV in this room, with a couch in front, and there is a table and set of 4 chairs on one side of the room. There are three sleeping areas down the hallway from the kitchen. The deck is completely gated, so it is ideal for small children. The open area of the deck has a swing and an arrangement of chairs. Welcome to Just Bluffin' at Eagles Nest!  Situated on a bluff with over two acres, this 2023 construction home is ready to be your solace as you visit the spectacular High Country of North Carolina. The driveway is a gravel loop, allowing smoother access and departure for your group. There is only one step up to enter the main level of the home. Once inside, the great room with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and plenty of natural light opens. Seated around the gas log fireplace are comfortable leather sofa and chairs for watching the game or a movie on the 70" smart TV. The brightly lit kitchen is well-stocked for cooking breakfast for the family before adventuring. Granite counters give ample workspace, and three stools are at the large island. It offers the same layout and views!  The main level has an open kitchen, living room, and dining area with cathedral ceilings and beautiful mountain views through the wall of windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space and newly upgraded stainless steel appliances. Coffee lovers will enjoy being able to use either the classic drip-style maker or the Keurig machine! The dining area boasts views from all seats. The living room features very comfortable furniture arranged around a gas-log stone fireplace with a 40-Inch HDTV and DVD player and Home Theater Surround Sound. There is also a half bath off the kitchen. A master suite is on the main level, featuring a King bed as well as a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub with tiled shower. Step out onto the spacious wrap-around deck furnished with a dining table and Adirondacks and enjoy the awe-inspiring mountain views. A gas grill is positioned just off the deck. The lower level contains a second living area with 42-Inch Flat Panel cable TV, a deck with a wonderful hot tub and great views, a bedroom with a King bed and separate entrance to the deck, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a shared full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub with tiled shower between the bedrooms. Whether you're coming for an ASU football game, outdoor activities, a family vacation, or just to get away from it all, Amazing View is convenient to it all High Country shops. The Story Behind the Name I grew up in Virginia, among the expansive views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.   Actually, I thought everyone looked out their bedroom window across a sea of blue and purple ridges we called mountains. Then I married my husband and spent fifteen years in the plains of the mid-west. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per     bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo,  conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.  - Firewood for the firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.  -  ALL of the guests staying in homes that are in Little Bavaria are allowed to fish on the lake in the development. Because that lake is in a private community, they do NOT need fishing licenses to fish in it, however, it is catch and release ONLY.   Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.
