My Happy Place features two bedrooms and two baths.  Enter the home into the spacious and open living room, dining area and kitchen.  Kitchen/Dining combo has all of the appliances one would need to make a delicious meal.  Full-sized Washer and Dryer located in the kitchen.  Living Room is equipped with a flat screen TV with cable package and a DVD player.  Plenty of seating, including a new sofa, for the whole group!  Master bath comes complete with a Queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV also with cable and a private full bath with a tub.  Guest bedroom is furnished with two Twin beds.  A second full bath is located in the hallway outside of the bedroom and is to be shared amongst houseguests and visitors.  Nice sized front deck with dining table for four and additional seating for relaxing.    Beyond the confines of the home, the Linville Land Harbor community presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Nature enthusiasts will revel in the hiking opportunities, while the community offers opportunities for friendly competitions with amenities such as shuffleboard, basketball, and tennis. A serene lake beckons for fishing or kayaking, providing an idyllic backdrop for outdoor activities. For those seeking relaxation in any season, an indoor pool awaits. The public golf course has gorgeous views as you walk along the neighborhoods and lake. Next to Hole #9 is the newly built addition, The Patio Grill. It offers a quick bite to eat or drink. The Patio Grill will be open for both breakfast and lunch during the operational season (May - October). The hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm. This home is not pet friendly.
