Bedroom 2 Suite also comes with a private attached bathroom, with a lush and comfy King bed that you'll just melt into each night. Bedrooms 2 & 3 boast a calming view of the surrounding Lowcountry salt marshes and Folly River. Bedroom 3 is the bunk room for kids or adults with a Flatscreen TV as well. Top bunk is a Twin and bottom bunk is a Full size. Enjoy your morning coffee or outdoor dining on the spacious balcony facing the West, which gives a nice calming mood at sunset across the marsh. Guests also have full access to the convenient community pool and the beach is only a 10-15 min walk or bike ride down Folly Road. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon during your stay. City of Folly Beach Registration Number STR22-01034 Guests have full access to the entire condo. The community pool is the only thing shared. You will have self entry information and myself and my staff are available to assist you with anything we can during your stay. Once you're at the condo, you can walk anywhere on Folly Island. There are also bike rentals on the island as well. Then downtown Charleston is about a 20 minute car ride. This unit is on the second floor, which is accessible by elevator or stairs.
