This unit is VERY peaceful!  The waves crashing on the rocks helps drown out noises from the other units and the beautifully maintained lawn as your back yard to the water.  It is a corner unit on the ground floor so it opens up the "private space" for this condo.  The complex next door faces south so there are no other units that look over your lanai.  The sunsets from the lanai are spectacular!  Perfect unit for watching the outriggers in the morning, the spinner dolphins, parasailers, some surfers and spear fishers!  Very clean and quiet.   One of the best locations in the complex, this unit features 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom, a equipped kitchen & ceilings fans.
