Accessibility notes: This home does have two main floor bedrooms. However, the kitchen and dining room are upstairs, as is the master suite. The game room, great room and fourth bedroom are all accessed by a small handful of stairs. The home has a unique layout, and the ability to climb stairs is required to enjoy the whole house. Also, the 5th king bed is in the loft, accessed by a ladder. Should you want to sleep 10 people in this home, two of them need to be able to climb a ladder and hoist themselves into the loft, which shares the room with another king bed below.
