The living room has a stone gas log fireplace and a corner TV. There is also a half bathroom off the living room. The master suite has a King bed and a TV, and the private bathroom has double sink granite vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms. One room has a Queen bed, a TV, and a Nintendo GameCube console (bring your own games). The second bedroom has two twin sized beds, a TV, and a workstation with a computer and printer. Between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Downstairs is a second living room doubling as a theater room with built in surround sound. There is a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall with cozy suede furnishings opposite, a poker table with several games built into it, and a corner electric fireplace. There is also a full bathroom with a shower on this level. The main level deck has a lovely selection of Cracker Barrel rocking chairs, as well as a gas grill. The lower deck, brand new as of Summer 2018, has a table & chairs set as well as a new hot tub. Children as well as pets will enjoy the fully fenced in sloped yard in front of the house. There is a firepit on one side of the yard, perfect for hot dog roasts, s'mores, and stories around the fire after dark. Bookings cancelled between 15-29 days will receive half of their deposit back. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless your dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
