Three of the houses on the block have been recently renovated. You just cannot beat the central location to EVERYTHING. You have the entire two bedroom to yourselves. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. - Although the property does not have an enclosed garage, it does have a parking lot that should perfectly fit up to three cars. This space is shared with two other units and it is a first come first serve; however, parking anywhere in the street is also available. - Maximum occupancy is 6. If there are more than 6 people at any time, a valid & verified noise complaint or more than 2 vehicles at any time, you agree to forfeit the reservation (no refund) along with immediate eviction. - We follow and abide by all rules by the city of Phoenix, state of Arizona and Booking Channel and do NOT allow any Large Gatherings or Parties to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood and respect the families around us. - A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it.
