At the heart of this property you’ll find a soaring open living space, marked by gorgeous natural light flowing in from the massive windows that fill the walls. To one side, a large couch faces a massive flat-screen TV, while behind that is a dining area that offers seating for eight. Adjacent, is a large kitchen stocked with all the necessities needed to prepare meals throughout the week. There is ample countertop space on the breakfast bar and which provides bar stool seating for six. Not only is the main living space a prime location for taking in the stunning marsh view, the room over from it holds an open entertainment space and features a foosball table, two arcades, a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard deck. There is a sleeping area beside the window with one twin-sized bed. An additional sleeping area can be found off of the game room with one twin-sized bed. These two sleeping spaces are not private, as they do not have doors that can be shut off from the rest of the house. Proceed down the hallway to find three additional bedrooms. The master suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, TV and en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Down the hall is the second bedroom, which has two twin-sized beds, TV and walk-in closet. A full bathroom is located nearby which is shared with the third bedroom. This room has a queen-sized bed, TV and two walk-in closets. An upstairs loft area has a full over full bunk and a twin, sleeping a total of 5. There is second full bathroom located near the kitchen. This property is a 25-minute drive to Wrightsville Beach where you can find world class surfing, local events and concerts, the Wrightsville Beach Municipal Park, fresh seafood, and a vibrant nightlife. Carolina Beach is a 20-minute drive from the house and is famous for shopping on the boardwalk, the North Carolina Aquarium, Fort Fisher State Park, and sumptuous dining. Boats can be launched at the Trails End Boat Ramp, which is located beside the Masonboro Yacht Club - a brief walk from the house. (613 Trails End Rd) One trailer is allowed to park on the property. Disclaimer: Swimming near or around the dock is highly discouraged due to large oyster beds that can lead to major injuries or infection. The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay on the keyless entry lock. The deck overlooks the Cape Fear River, the USS North Carolina Battleship, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, water taxis and & tours, & Anne Bonnie's Bar & Grill located on a floating barge. The riverwalk is less than a block away. Nearby attractions include carriage tours, history tours, ghost tours, historic home tours, river tours by boat, boat rentals, rooftop bars, live music, festivals, & more! This is a vacation rental property. Guests have full use of entire condominium. This condo is located in the heart of downtown Wilmington on South Front Street at Muters Alley. The large back deck overlooks the Cape Fear River, the USS North Carolina Battleship, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, multiple water taxis and water tours, as well as Anne Bonnie's Bar & Grill located on a floating barge. The famed Wilmington riverwalk is less than a block away. Amazing dining options & nightlife exist throughout the surrounding area. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has 12 foot ceilings, huge windows, a ceiling fan, walk in closet, king size bed, and en-suite full bath. This room has windows overlooking Front Street. 39" Roku TV. Second Bedroom: This room features a queen size bed, large dresser, 55" 4K Roku "smart" TV, & large closet, & ceiling fan. The hall bathroom can be accessed from inside this room as well. The window in this room faces toward water street and has a view of the river. 55" 4K Roku TV Parking: We provide parking passes for TWO vehicles in the private lot immediately behind this condo. Renter is responsible for displaying the pass at all times on the lot and leaving it behind at check-out. There are multiple other public parking facilities nearby. If you need additional parking we recommend the City of Wilmington deck at 115 Market St (intersection of Market and 2nd streets) for any extra vehicles you need to park. This deck is $1 per hour with an $8 per day maximum. We do not have any trailer parking available. You would need to park your boat trailer at another location. Wi-Fi: We have high speed internet from the local cable company. Typical speed is 60-100mbps. EV Charging: There are CCS-1 and J1772 chargers available in the Wilmington (Market St) Parking deck which is >5 minute walk away. These are ChargePoint chargers, you can check ChargePoint app for more specific details. Parking in this deck is $1 per hour as of 9/5/23. PLEASE NOTE: This condo is located in a vibrant downtown area. The owner has NO control over outside noise. Music is played outdoors in downtown Wilmington at many rooftop bars, festivals, and from other establishments. We provide top rated "white noise" machines for early or light sleepers. This is not an issue for most of our guests or us...(we stay here often) but we want to be transparent that on most evenings the area is bustling until late. We do not provide early check out, credits, or refunds due for music or other outside noise as it is inherent to this popular downtown and historic building.

Private pool, pond views, gardens, and a 10 minute drive to the beach! This home backs up to a nature preserve. Relax by the pool and tiki bar area watching TV or enjoying music. Pool Heater: Our pool is open and maintained year round. The pool heater can reliably generate heat as long as the outside temperatures are above 50 degrees which will generally be from March to November, however in our area it is not unusual for us to have warm days at any time of year. Many vacation rental propert We wont bother you during your stay but are always available. We do have vendors (pool maintenance, landscaping, etc) that may visit during daylight hours. We may need to come on property from time to time as well but would only be popping by outside or the basement storage area.
