The location is a perfect mix of the quiet serenity of the back river with quick access to the beach and commercial south end business district.    After a day at the beach, or lounging at the dock, come take a rinse in your private outdoor showers before taking a plunge in the refreshing pool. Then, head to the well-equipped kitchen to create a family meal of fresh local Georgia shrimp!  It's also a super quick walk to AJ's for the best seafood on views on the island.  When it is time to relax and unwind from a busy Tybee day in the sun, there are 2 living areas to lounge and chat or watch movies. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs. The first bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds, the second has one queen. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Master upstairs has direct access to the screened in porch and a king sized bed. This three bedroom one bath cottage was originally built in 1939 and features all the old world charm without the hassle of old world problems. The property was entirely renovated in 2019 with modern comforts and an eye for chic designs. There is a master suite with King bed, large closet, and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with 2 full beds and a twin daybed, and a queen bedroom. All beds are outfitted with crisp white linens.  The bathroom has a double vanity, tub/shower, and a full laundry center.  The bathroom is supplied with bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, and laundry essentials. The generous kitchen has full sized appliances including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The coffee maker is a standard 12-cup drip-style coffee maker.  We supply cutlery, cooking utensils, dishware, drinkware (including coffee mugs, glasses, wine glasses), pots and pans, cooking sheets, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, paper towels and trash bags. We also supply salt, pepper, cooking spray, coffee, sugars, and powdered creamer.  Grounds overlook Jaycee Park in the National Historic Fort Screven District which includes Soccer fields, basketball courts, shuffleboard, a playground and more. Tybee's bike path is great for touring the island and runs along the east side of the park. Enjoy a short walk to North Beach to enjoy the sand and surf or a bite to eat at the North Beach Grill. The property is three stories high with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two lounge rooms, two kitchens, a sizeable balcony, a brand new plunge pool, and parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway. (Climbing stairs is required.) The main level, reached by a full flight of stairs, opens to a small kitchen, breakfast nook, lounge area with balcony and separate laundry. This smaller kitchen is perfect for making a quick bite or grabbing your morning coffee. The lounge area has a small sectional with a 42” TV.  Three of the bedrooms are located on the main floor as well as two full baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds with nightstands and closets. Historic 5 Cedarwood Ave was originally constructed in 1910 as a library/bowling alley for Fort Screven on Tybee Island.  The 2022 restoration of the building  included 6 bedrooms (2 master suites), 4 full bathrooms, new modern bowling lane with automatic ball return and pin setter in the middle of the rental space, bright white kitchen with Carrara marble counters and island, separate mini bar, in-unit laundry, a heated pool, and private yard.  This is the perfect multi-family getaway tucked in the historic Barracks area of North Beach on Tybee for up to 14 people total. The spacious first master suite in front of the cottage boasts a large en-suite tiled bathroom, large closet, 50" Smart Tv, and tall ceilings. The bunk room is the perfect hideout and quiet spot for kids and teens to get away. You'll find the great room with wide open kitchen, bowling lane, dining area, and massive smart TVs the perfect family gathering spot to bowl, watch movies and sporting events, and relax after a long beach day or dip in your private pool.  The house has a rear master suite with en-suite tiled bath tucked back in the corner which is a nice private retreat. This stunning beach front townhome is an end unit, so the direct ocean views are expansive in both directions, especially out of the primary bedroom's windows. It's great for groups or multigenerational families. There's a studio apartment on the ground level with access through the home's attached garage. It contains a King bed and  a twin bed, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and its own exterior door, but is still a part of the home. Once up a flight of stairs to the main level, there's a spacious open living, dining and kitchen area-- fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals during your stay. The laundry room is available for use off of the kitchen. There's also a half bath on this level. There is a pull out queen sofa available in the living room. Up another flight of stairs there are three bedrooms and two more bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and is spacious with a dedicated desk workspace and the best ocean views on Tybee.
