There are fireplaces in the parlor, living room and dining room. The second level consists of a large hallway, built-in linen storage cabinets, stairs to the third level, and four of our 6 guest rooms, each with its private bathroom. There are fireplaces and balconies for all rooms except the Northern Spy on the second level. The third level consists of the large one room Winesap Suite with a luxury bath and sitting area. The house is approximately 6,000 square feet in size. We offer bespoke guest experiences for cycling, culinary and business leadership. We maintain a fleet of incredible 3T Exploro bikes for our guests to rent and can put together any type of cycling experience you wish. Oakland Cottage Bed and Breakfast is an Asheville historic home, circa 1910, for the perfect Vacation In Asheville. This 5,000 square-ft "cottage" has been naturally separated into private rooms. The open common areas, available to all guests, create a warm and spacious feel. Oakland Cottage is about a mile from the entrance to the Biltmore Estate and just over a mile from Asheville's historic downtown district.
