In this home, the kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances including a coffee maker and blender, as well as, all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. There are only four bedrooms, but there is a bean bag sleeper in the T room that folds out into a queen-size bed. The home has a small backyard equipped with a natural gas BBQ and seating for 12. It also has a front courtyard with additional seating. This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The complex has two beautiful pools (heated all year round) and hot tubs that are a 5-minute walk from the home. There is also a clubhouse that has games, foosball, and a gym! Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is 11 am. For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters. The property has a 2-car garage and 2-car driveway. There are also extra car stalls nearby. There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure.
