Central to slopes, lake, shopping, dining and restaurants. Enjoy this newly renovated, single story home in the prestigious, tree lined area of Fox Farm. (Please note there are 2 entry steps.) This charming home has an attached garage with ping pong and darts and laundry for your convenience. The outdoor space inspired our name, “Winterland”. You, your family and 4 legged friends (dogs only) can enjoy the gorgeous outdoors, BBQ, spa and completely fenced yard. A Nest thermostat, high speed internet, Roku TV loaded (including cable) and a Level 2 electric vehicle charging station are just some of the additional amenities offered.
