During peak times, a longer minimum is required. This property does not allow two-night visits.  Parking Note:Parking is limited to six (6) vehicles at this home. If your group has more than six (6) cars, please talk to us about parking off-site at our offices and carpooling as needed. All vehicles must be properly insured.  *** Access ***1. A steep paved road accesses the last mile to this home. It is plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are necessary from November through April due to potential winter weather. Chains may be necessary in addition to 4-wheel drive in the winter months.2. The last 200 yards is steep gravel that cannot be cleared of snow or ice. Renters accept responsibility for any injury from road use and the repair of any damage to the road caused by their use. 3. Snow melt is prohibited because it will damage the road.  4. Once at the house, the driveway and parking are flat.  MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK  CANCELLATION POLICY:You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 60 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
