What started as a brother/sister duo investing in some properties in their hometown of Kansas City, Clemons Hospitality has grown to own multiple Boutique Art Hotels and Single-Family Home rentals in multiple locations. We manage Southmoreland on the Plaza and Oak Street Mansion, which are both turn-of-the-century mansions turned into Boutique Art Hotels, conveniently located near and partnering with KCAI, The Nelson Atkins, and The Kemper art museums in Kansas City, Missouri. We also have a few
