The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely. -Bachelor and Bachelorette groups must all be over 30. -Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.   -Additional deposits may be required.   -Pets considered and require pre-approval plus additional fees & deposits. -To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.  -Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins.
