The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets. Enjoy fast WiFi and Sling streaming service. Primary BR w/ Smart TV. A large park is just across the street. The award-winning beach is just one mile away. Pets welcome w/fee.  Details  For your convenience and security, the front door has been outfitted with a Smart Lock. No more bulky keys to lug around and fumble with! The living space here is minimalist-style. A table and four cozy chairs create a common gathering area. The well-equipped kitchenette boasts full-size stainless steel appliances with plenty of cabinets for storage. The counter space is perfect for preparing snacks and simple meals.  The first bedroom is clean and fresh, with a queen size bed and a flat-screen TV outfitted with Sling streaming service. The second bedroom offers a double bed, with two nightstands and lamps and a double closet. The spacious bath features a tub/shower with a rain showerhead and modern vanity. Bathroom toiletries are provided. The stack washer/dryer is also found here.  Guest Access Guests have access to their designated unit, one designated parking space and the shared gym.  Interaction with Guests The team will reach out via phone to each guest both prior to, and during, their stay. Neighborhood Overview Hollywood Beach is one of the most celebrated beaches in the US and has earned both a Trip Advisor Choice Award and a mention by Travel & Leisure magazine as one of the best beach boardwalks in the country.  At 2.5 miles long, it is a paved brick promenade, full of shops, eateries and oceanfront views of the mesmerizing blue of the Atlantic Ocean and its sandy shores.  Moms and dads will be happy to know that, according to floridashollywood, “Hollywood Beach is among the first in Florida to be designated Blue Wave Beaches, a distinction that places them among the nations cleanest, safest and most user-friendly beaches.” Best of all, getting there is free! Just hop on the electric shuttle. For days when you’d like a change of pace from the beach, there are plenty of choices! Drop in to the Anne Kolb Nature Center, a Nature reserve with walking & paddling trails through mangroves, an aquarium and an observation tower.  The ArtsPark at Young Circle is a 10-acre park, featuring an amphitheater, playground, and arts pavilion.  For an exciting evening out, try the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and see if Lady Luck smiles on you! Some of our favorite restaurants in Hollywood are Drastix on Tyler St. for healthy Asian fare, CLASS Soiree Steakhouse on N. 20th Ave. for traditional steak and seafood, Auraw on N. 30th Rd. for vegan options, and Sardelli’s on Van Buren St. for classic Italian.  In Hollywood, you’ll yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities. Either airport is equally distant.  This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.  We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.  If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to  $500. Late Checkout: Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we’ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.  If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.  Same-Day Bookings: Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.  If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.  Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm.  All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in.  We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.    Internet/Cable: The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.  The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.  Copyright Infringement: Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered. Privacy: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.  This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.  Pest Control:  Please note we have rigorous  pest control on all of our properties. Due to the beautiful tropical climate Florida has, it sometimes brings bugs. To find some is not uncommon and is something every south Florida home deals with. If you see a large amount any of our native “friends”, please take a picture or give us a call Starter Supplies: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.  House Rules: Check-in time: 4:00 PM  Check-out time: 10:00 AM  All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law. The minimum rental age is 21. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.  An accurate guest count must be provided No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000  If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date. Pool heating fee is available for $30 per night.  Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.  The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.  Mail: Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office.
