Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS A cancellation made within 24 hours of booking the reservation is subject to a total refund. A cancellation made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to the arrival date is subject to the non-refundable booking fee plus 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations made 0 to 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable and non-transferrable. A transfer to another home is considered a cancellation. All cancellations must be made via phone with a live reservationist by callingor via email at . A cancellation via voicemail is not valid.
