This home is located in the quiet friendly neighborhood of Timber Creek with towering ponderosa pines. The living room has dramatic vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace and is just a few blocks from downtown. Walk to local shops, art galleries, and restaurants. On the main level of this home are the living room, dining and kitchen areas, a half bath, and the main bedroom with an ensuite bath. The upper level has 3 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. The garage and parking are at the rear of the house with an entrance via the alley. This home is rented in its entirety. Please read the house rules and check-out procedures when you arrive at the house. Please inform the host if you will be having others over for dinner or a visit as all platforms only allow guests on the reservation. Large parties and events are not allowed. Parking at the back of the house for 2 to 3 cars. (The neighborhood HOA prefers guests park at the back of the house, but if you park in front, please make sure you do not park directly across from any driveway.)
