Neighborhood Description A bustling, vibrant city with a welcoming, small-town charm, Indianapolis, Indiana is the perfect balance of metropolitan excitement and midwestern hospitality.  Widely considered to be the “convention center of the world” and boasting an impressive roster of world-famous events like the annual Indy 500 car race, there’s truly something for everyone in exciting, inviting Indianapolis. For history buffs, this state capital is home to a host of fascinating peeks into the past. Since 1886, the Indianapolis City Market (10 min drive) has been satisfying locals with a selection of international food stands and dishes. (Brave souls will also want to explore the creepy catacombs located beneath the market!) There’s also a museum at the former home of Benjamin Harrison, the 23rd President of the United States, and an impressive Legacy Center (10 min drive) dedicated to Madam CJ Walker, America’s first female self-made millionaire.  Sports enthusiasts will find plenty to do in Indy, including catching a game at Lucas Oil Stadium (10 min drive), the home of the popular Indianapolis Colts NFL team since 2008. From the beautiful, impeccably designed airport (20 min drive) to the easy-to-navigate streets and downtown, Indy is the ideal spot to host a large conference or mid-size annual meeting.  It’s safe to say that we could go on and on about our love for Indianapolis and everything there is to do and see here. House Rules: Check-in time: 4:00 PM  Check-out time: 10:00 AM  All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Indiana Law. The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.  An accurate guest count must be provided No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service.  Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside. No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee, per pet. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry). If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date. Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.  The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.  Mail: Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.  Cleanliness: This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.  We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.  If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to  $500. Late Checkout: Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we’ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.  If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.  Same-Day Bookings: Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.  If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.  Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm.  All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in.  We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.    Internet/Cable: The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.  The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.  Privacy: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.  Copyright Infringement: Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered. Starter Supplies We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items. -Check-in details, including property information, local recommendations and more to be accessed via our Guest Experience app. This can be accessed via the app store download, or web link. Other things to note: This home offers street parking space for two cars.
