This unit is close to the airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, and ATV riding!The Pearl at Desert Shores is a brand new home with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths (each bedroom has its own bath!) 2 family rooms, a large dining table, a fully furnished kitchen, a desk for homework, a private hot tub up on the second-floor deck, and a ping-pong table in the garage! Family fun is what this home is all about. The loft is awesome with 2 arcade games, an air hockey table, and board games for all. Please feel free to bring your gaming stations.There is an awesome deck upstairs with a fireplace and patio furniture to soak up the sun and view during the day and enjoy the stars at night.
