You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. - For your convenience, we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - No RV or Trailer parking. - Home is on the main channel of the lake with year around water access; however, the TVA controls the lake level, so there are times when the water level does not float to dock. Pictures reflect the lake on and off-season. Safe use of the water slide is dependent upon water levels and is generally closed for the season in mid-September. - Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal and gas for the water slide pump. - Bring your boat! There is ample parking space for your boat trailer and a shared dock to launch from within a few minutes of the house. The boat can be tied up at our personal dock for the duration of your stay!
