If ever the term “time capsule” were to be used to describe a house, it would be appropriate of the two properties that make up Stardust Retreat. The Atomic Ranch (formerly known as Terrace House) was designed by architect Don Duncan and built in 1958 for local jeweler, Earle Smith, whose family jewelry shop at 114 S.
