Welcome to Sunset on Ballycastle, a stunning updated, multi-level waterfront home with nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of living space located along the shores of Lake Norman.  Spaciously accommodating 18, your family and friends will immediately feel immersed in lake life with dynamic lake views and a stunning heated pool greeting you upon arrival.    The main level is anchored with a beautiful stone fireplace in the expansive living area that freely flows into the kitchen with amazing views of Lake Norman as the backdrop.  This area is coupled with convenient access to an elevated deck and an additional covered and screened-in dining area overseeing the fire pit and sweeping views of the lake. Completing the main level is a large master ensuite highlighted with a trendy accent wall, private deck access, walk-in closet, and oversized bathroom with a separate tub and walk-in shower.   Sunset on Ballycastle’s lower level is full of games and entertainment options with its own living/kitchenette/bar area. Everyone will have a fun time playing air hockey, arcade games, and shuffle board or escaping to the separate sitting/playroom for the young at heart — don’t forget the juice boxes as this space is equipped with a drink fridge especially for the kiddos. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.   Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. Sunset on Ballycastle is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem. Also enjoy nearby golf, hiking, NASCAR races, whitewater rafting center, vineyards, and one of the best lakes in America! *Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
