I would love to but unfortunately I do not have the capacity to operate like a hotel. Our current cleaning company provides the following items to welcome you. > 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom > Bar hand soap > Travel size shampoo/conditioner/body wash > Dish soap and sponge > 2 dishwasher pods > 3 trash bags > 1 roll of paper towels * There is a Big Lots, Winn Dixie and Publix within 10 mins or less from the home. * This is a Three Story Townhome. First floor is the garage, second and third floor is the living area. This is why we have gorgeous water views from 4 balconies. No elevator. *BEACH PARKING IS NOT FREE. *SUNSET BAR & GRILLE has free parking for customers only. Validation is up to 3 hours. You have to ask your waiter for the code to avoid parking fees. * Regular Coffee Pot (bring filters/coffee/sugar/cream if needed) * We provide two beach chairs. If you need more, South shore Watersports Rents Chairs and Umbrellas for $5 (all day use). * There are two Marina's onsite for a boat slip and more information contact Little Harbor Marina in Ruskin and/or Antigua Cove in Little Harbor in Ruskin. Google them. * You can park a single jet ski trailer or small boat in carport, usually fits. If not, you can pay $10 per night at the parking lot 5 mins away. *Pet Fees apply. 2 dogs max. No puppies sorry. Only potty trained pets. Must contact us to have the pet fee applied. * You can rent Fishing Poles/Bucket and buy bait at the Marinas as well. * How do I check in? I will contact you for your check in process and will give you the updated door code the day of your arrival. FLOOR PLAN: * First Floor: is the garage and carport. * Second Floor: living room, kitchen, dining, half bath and large balcony. * Third Floor: washer/dryer, two bedrooms, one full bath, 2 balconies in each bedroom. GUEST MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS: * No smoking * Follow Community Rules and quiet hours * No Street Parking *Guests will follow the community signs for parking and community rules. *Guests must report pets, fees apply. * Guests must report any issues immediately upon arrival and send photos. * Guests must agree to give access to maintenance, cleaning lady or management if they need to enter to resolve an issue. * Guests must be aware that we do not replenish disposable toiletries * I will report any incidentals to my host during my stay. * We understand that things happen during your stay and that is why I have a local Maintenance company ready to come out and help if an issue happens. Walk down to the Tiki Bar and Sunset Bar Grille! Ask them to validate your parking (3) hour validation if you are a guest. Kick off your shoes and walk down our cozy beach, private and family friendly. Have a furry friend? Head to the public side of the beach were your pet is allowed on a leash! They can join you! Not ready for bed yet? Stay for live music! String lights come on and the live entertainment begins. Want to explore our Tampa Bay beaches? Pack your car, load the beach gear and head to Sarasota beaches, Bradenton beaches, Saint Pete Beach or Clearwater Beach! It's worth the drive, plan to stay the whole day! There is so much to do! Then come back to our peaceful community and enjoy the quiet, traffic free life at the end of the day. Want to enjoy Tampa Bay but also visit Disney? Make the drive! It's worth it! Our homes are large and cozy for families, hard to find a deal like this near Disney. Many families book here and drive to Orlando. Here is a secret, Orlando doesn't have the nice beaches we have :) Stay here and drive to Disney for the day! That is the best way to get the best of both worlds! Tropical beach days and Mickey Mouse ears! After all, you already are in Florida! Make the best of it! Special occasion? We kindly ask that you respect that not all of our visitors have pets and some may have allergies. We want to ensure you do your part in keeping up with shedding. Additional fees apply if shedding is found on our furniture, carpet, linen, towels. If your pet sheds a lot, you must vacuum regularly, keep them off of the carpeted areas and keep them off of furniture. If your pet climbs, please remove our linen/bedding and cover with your own linen. Cover couches with your sheet or sofa cover during your stay to ensure that shedding is not left behind. If your pet needs to be crated when they are in a new environment, please bring a crate. Always pick up after them when walking them. Lastly, we ask that you do not leave your pet unattended for long hours. Some pets bark for hours and neighbors will complain. WILL NOT TOLERATE: Guests who are looking to stay for free or looking to scam homeowners. We believe that mutual respect and communication is crucial for a successful stay. These are large homes and like with any home, issues can arise. We kindly ask that guests understand that communication and cooperation is key to resolving a maintenance or cleaning issue.
