The third is the master bedroom with queen size bed, television, en suite walk-in shower bathroom, stunning bay views, and direct access to the rear deck. The lower level offers an additional large living space with a television and a large sectional sofa with a sofa bed, and direct access to the backyard and bay. There is a shared full bathroom and additional bedroom with king and queen size beds. The property will also come with a pack and play and a stroller. Spend time kayaking in the bay with the provided kayaks, lounging in the hammock out back or bring your own paddleboards and enjoy all this house has to offer. While the beach is a short 3-quarter mile walk from the property, a special pass will be provided to park closer to the state beach for this community. Additional beach chairs will be provided for guest use. Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels. Downtown Bethany Beach restaurants, shops, and boardwalk are just a short drive as well. This home is dog friendly! Only dogs 50 lbs and under are allowed. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 added if any dog is accompanied. **To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed.
