Cancellation Policy
In order to hold a room booking, we require a one night deposit. Your deposit is refundable, minus a $25 cancellation fee (per room), up to one week before your reservation (except for October reservations). If you need to cancel within that final week, you will lose your deposit. Early departures are considered cancellations and the same cancellation policy applies. October: All reservations made for the month of October MUST be cancelled by August 31st. If you cancel an October date after August 31, you will lose your ENTIRE stay.
