We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Quiet hours are observed after 9pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. There is a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room and a twin rollaway bed in the upstairs loft closet. There are also Pack N Play, toys, and children's games available for young families. Pet amenities are provided for your fur friend. ~~ BATHROOMS ~~ The condo is equipped with a full bathroom featuring a stand-up shower and plenty of cabinet space. ~~ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ~~ The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals. The well equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, a blender, a toaster, a separate coffee station to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible. Seating for three are available at the island bar. If you’re traveling with youngsters, there is a highchair in addition to children's bowls and utensils. It is outfitted with a comfortable sofa (which can convert into sofa bed at night) and chair, a flatscreen TV, and a collection of games and toys for your entertainment. This house is within short walking distance to multiple restaurants, beaches, trails. It is located within a block of a grocery store, less than half a mile to Bryant Beach, and a short drive to the Old Mission Peninsula where you can enjoy our fantastic wineries. The 45-acre Civic Center park is a few blocks away with walking/running trails, a new playground, gym, ice skating rink, pool, skate park, and more. Traverse City’s famous TART trail is also only two blocks away. Guests can walk to beach and downtown. We are located within walking distance to bike shops and TART trail. Uber, Lyft and cabs are also available in Traverse City. Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
