A large park is just across the street. The award-winning beach is just one mile away. At Casita Soleil, you’ll enter through the front door Smart lock and step immediately into the living room. This space offers comfortable furnishings with lovely greenery and decor. Your group will surely make new memories here as you talk about the day’s events and plan future adventures.  The deluxe ultra-modern kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a tiled backsplash and an abundance of cupboard space for all your goodies. There’s also plenty of food prep area for the family chef to create everyone’s favorite meals and snacks.  Enjoy them all together at the sleek, eat-in dining table for four.  All 3 bedrooms offer Smart TVs, as well as brand new, premium quality mattresses and convenient closets. The master bedroom offers a queen, with an ensuite bath. Here, you’ll enjoy an oversized walk-in shower and access to the stack washer/dryer.  The second bedroom has a king bed with dual nightstands and a writing desk, the perfect spot for a few moments alone with a good book or mobile device. The last bedroom has a double bed and dual nightstands. Both of these bedrooms also have double closets and share the hall bath with a tub/shower.  Just across the street is a local park. Here, you’ll find a spacious pavilion, a walking trail winding around the perimeter and exercise stations. Maybe you’ll even meet some new friends here! Guest Access Guests have access to the entire casita, 1 designated parking space and the shared gym. Neighborhood Overview Hollywood Beach is one of the most celebrated beaches in the US and has earned both a Trip Advisor Choice Award and a mention by Travel & Leisure magazine as one of the best beach boardwalks in the country. At 2.5 miles long, it is a paved brick promenade, full of shops, eateries and oceanfront views of the mesmerizing blue of the Atlantic Ocean and its sandy shores. Moms and dads will be happy to know that, “Hollywood Beach is among the first in Florida to be designated Blue Wave Beaches, a distinction that places them among the nations cleanest, safest and most user-friendly beaches.” Best of all, getting there is free! Just hop on the electric shuttle.  For days when you’d like a change of pace from the beach, there are plenty of choices! Drop in to the Anne Kolb Nature Center, a Nature reserve with walking & paddling trails through mangroves, an aquarium and an observation tower.  The ArtsPark at Young Circle is a 10-acre park, featuring an amphitheater, playground, and arts pavilion. For an exciting evening out, try the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and see if Lady Luck smiles on you! Some of our favorite restaurants in Hollywood are Drastix on Tyler St. for healthy Asian fare, CLASS Soiree Steakhouse on N. 20th Ave. for traditional steak and seafood, Auraw on N. 30th Rd. for vegan options, and Sardelli’s on Van Buren St. for classic Italian.  In Hollywood, you’ll yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities. Late Checkout: Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we’ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.  If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.  Same-Day Bookings: Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.  If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. We will charge $50 if discovered. Privacy: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.  This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.  Starter Supplies We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.  House Rules: Check-in time: 4:00 PM  Check-out time: 10:00 AM  All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law. The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.  An accurate guest count must be provided No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000  If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date. Mail: Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office.
