Truckee/Tahoe has a plethora of winter and summer activities-It truly is a year round playground! Enjoy world class hiking, mountain biking and golf, and water sports such as kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and wake boarding, all within 5-15 minutes distance from the home. Take advantage of the Tahoe Donner private beach on Donner Lake, which offers water sport rentals, pier use and a family friendly sandy beach for swimming with the kids. Enter the home by walking up one flight of stairs to the front stone entry way and mud room-the front door leads to the main great room space. Highlights include new hardwood floors, a comfy L shaped couch and open concept kitchen and dining space. Two sliding glass doors lead to a second floor deck, complete with gas bbq and outdoor dining furniture.  The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the same floor in the back of the home.
