Each room is equipped with a SmartTV. Only 1 mile to the beach! This PET FRIENDLY beach house is dressed with smart TV's in every bedroom, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry area and a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and cooler. This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations?
