If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties. There is one owner’s closet in the home that is off limits. It is locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy! We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay. When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement.
