When you are on Herman St, take a left turn on 21st ave, and then the first right turn you see. The right turn is located right before the gray fences. The turn is between the gray fence and the gray houses. (There is a picture in the gallery that shows the right turn and the location of the house with arrows indicated.) The property is located on the right, found right after a blue house. Self checkin with smart lock. You will get access to your door codes the day prior to your arrival with the code to enter. In-person checkin available upon request and for a $20 fee. Parking: There are three parking spots (it is on a first come, first come basis) located behind the house along with is free street parking. *Please Note: The house in front of this unit also shares the parking spots, there are 3 spots, they are first come first serve. If there are no parking spots, there is free street parking. ~~As a precaution we do want to inform you, the 2022A house does have access to park at one of the spots behind 2022B house. ~~ **Please note that we provide amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. If guests want additional amenities, this will be at the cost of the guests.
