Nice harbor community with great sunset views from the beach.

The place is really over priced for the area. The beach area is not on the beach but on a canal area, and tiki bar is not open. The pools are hard to find and the concrete at the pool is super hot to everyone’s feet. I truly believe the advertisement was over rated for the actual place.
