The bright entryway leads you into your GREAT room. With 30-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, this room is the definition of a great room. There is a comfy reading nook with a large fireplace, and the dining area leads to a gourmet chef’s kitchen. This open floor plan is perfect for the gathering and feeding of a big family or group! The luxurious main primary bedroom is on the main floor. The ensuite features heated floors that will make you smile on those cold Colorado winter mornings. A guest primary bedroom downstairs has the same features as the main one.   Make your way down to the lower level of the home, where the real entertainment begins! The downstairs living and entertainment area has its own fireplace, wet bar, pool table, and theater to watch your favorite streaming channels or one of the many DVDs the owner has available. For the fitness guru of the group, there is a Peloton available for responsible adult use. There is an 8-person hot tub right outside in the backyard. A half bath is on this level. There is a large kids’ compound also on this level. Two sets of bunkbeds (twins and a captain’s bunk), a game table, and a full bathroom. Laundry is also located on this level.  Head all the way up to the 2nd floor for the rest of the bedrooms. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
