SUMMER OCCUPANCY: 11 (ELEVEN PEOPLE). WINTER OCCUPANCY: 6 (SIX PEOPLE). PLEASE NOTE THAT RESERVATION DATES INCLUDING MID-OCTOBER THRU MID-MAY, THE MAX OCCUPANCY IS REDUCED TO SIX PEOPLE, AS THE ACCOMMODATIONS ABOVE THE GARAGE ARE WINTERIZED AND NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS. ONLY THE MAIN HOUSE IS HABITABLE AND ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS DURING MID-OCTOBER THRU MID-MAY. This may include the latter part of May as well. All dependant on weather, temperature, and snow. This cabin is spacious, and gives you year round access to the incredible ATV/Snowmobile trail systems, hunting, fishing, & everything Yellowstone has to offer. The property features seclusion with superb access in the heart of Island Park. Enjoy a night of peaceful surroundings with local Moose, Deer and Elk. Other activities to enjoy include hiking, pond fishing, fly fishing, mountain biking, swimming in lakes and streams, kayaking, canoeing, wildlife watching, horseback riding, mountain climbing, and so much more ... Life is short, book now!  COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS: ~ CLEANING: We have implemented updated and thorough cleaning procedures to help keep you and your loved ones safe and healthy ~ YELLOWSTONE West Entrance: About a 46 minute drive (depending on traffic) ~ FISHING: Henry’s Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about a 28 minute drive (depending on traffic). CLEANING: While we (KABINO) have always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare our homes for guest arrivals, we've since updated our operating and cleaning protocols in light of COVID-19. We are committed to implementing and maintaining detailed, rigorous, and comprehensive cleaning protocols between each guest departure to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety in adherence to guidance issued by the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and state and local regulations. We follow EPA recommendations for approved disinfecting products and solutions, and we clean, disinfect, and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests and service-providers come into contact with, including (but not limited to) keys, doorknobs, handrails, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. All linens and towels are washed in between each guest.
