Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.   Maximum overnight occupancy is 14; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. *Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season. Ringneck Retreat is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
