Any damages will be assessed and become the responsibility of the pet owner.OTHER THINGS TO NOTE-- We have water-saving devices on the shower that pause water flow when the water gets hot. You have to pull the chain down to turn the water back on.-- Friday is trash day. The trash bins are located along one side of the house. Please take them outside Thursday Night.-- No smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property including outdoor spaces.-- No AC Available. There is a whole house fan to cool the house off at night on those rare very hot days.
