The PTO Carriage House features one bedroom with QUEEN bed, a bunk room just off the bedroom with TWO TWIN beds and spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for four. There’s also a full bath located on the first floor. The living room offers a flat screen TV and sectional couch for your entertainment and relaxation Reserved parking for one vehicle will be provided with this carriage house, as well as two complimentary rental bikes. Cancellations. Reservations may be modified, canceled, or shortened only if you provide timely written notice to 30A Luxury Vacations prior to the Cancellation Period Expiration set forth below. If timely modified, canceled, or shortened, the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and the non-refundable booking fee. In the event of modifications, cancellations, or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges
