One living quarter features a bathroom with claw foot tub and walk in shower, one bedroom with queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. Above kitchen side of the house there is a master bedroom en suite, two rooms with twin trundle beds and another room with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with walk in shower. The roads are maintained by state and local transportation crews but may still have snow on them. Check the weather for Roxbury on the day of your arrival and plan your trip accordingly. If you are unsure of weather conditions contact the Property Manager. It is recommended to have and AWD or 4WD vehicles during the winter months. The house is on a well but we have a filtered system. There may sometimes be a sulphur smell in the water. While safe to bath and wash dishes in, it may not be preferred for cooking and drinking. Pond: Swim and use pond at your own risk. Children and dogs should always be supervised near pond. Spring fed pond is swimmable in warmer months but DOES NOT FREEZE SOLID IN THE WINTER.
