Welcome to Pogo’s Paradise located inside Hathaway Townhomes on Panama City Beach . This town home is just minutes away from the Publix Sports Complex, Famous attractions like Ripley’s and Wonder Works and local restaurants. Inside the townhome, you will find 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Downstairs consist of a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, a spacious living room, and a half bathroom. There is even a game room for the kids located inside the garage. Upstairs consist of 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a third room with bunks that’s perfect for the kids. There is also 2 full size bathrooms on this level. Outside on the patio you will find seating and your own personal grill. There is a community pool and the beach is a short drive away!

2.CANCELATION: 30 days or less before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental. The total rentals includes all charges on the paid in full invoice. Renter mitigate the loss by purchasing Travel Insurance or Cancel for Any reason insurance offered by a third-party provider. Cancellation 31 days or more before check-in Renters will receive a refund of the amounts paid less the reservation fee, down payment, (which is non refundable)any travel insurance fee and minus a credit card processing fee of 3.5%. NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURES!
