Only starter supplies provided.  -Working remotely is easy with a convenient desk and extra monitor. -Located next to PR3, rent both and sleep 16. -No pool, no worries, beautiful beach.-Strict Non-smoking Property.-2 master suites! -Spiral staircase leads to the top master suite. -Managed by Jeff and Gina Properties. -One assigned parking space with limited “first come, first served” guest parking.  -Minimum age to book is 25.  This Property is Pet Friendly! -You must notify Jeff and Gina Properties in advance if you will be bringing a dog and include the Pet Fee in your reservation. Please also include breed and weight. -Up to 2 dogs (a total of 75 pounds or less) are allowed but dogs are not allowed on the beach.-Pet fee is a minimum of $150/dog for $150/dog  per week or $300/dog per month, whichever is less-This condo has a dog crate for guests' use.  -Dog-Friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park. -Puppies under 9 months are not allowed.-Dog breeds that are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls (any mix), Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.   Get to Know the Area! Indian Shores is a quaint beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets. Its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, fabulous seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.
