Very nice studio apartment within walking distance to downtown Paso. Nicely decorated with original hardwood floors and lots of natural light. Comfortable queen bed fitted with soft sheets and nice pillows and bedding. This is a great place. The space is located in a vintage craftsman style home. There are 4 other apartments. Please be advised of possible sounds from other apartments. You will have full access to our beautiful yard. This is a lovely old home with lots of style. It's a big craftsman style home with four apartments. Two upstairs and two downstairs. It perfect for large groups who may want to stay near each other. They are all completely separate with private bathrooms and all of them except one have full kitchens. There is an on site manager living in the building. We are very close to the downtown park. It's about a 6 block walk. If you are doing wine tasting we highly recommend Wine Time Tours. Nanci Clifford will be your personal chauffeur in the comfort of your own car. She provides a gourmet picnic basket for all day tours and has a vast knowledge of the Central Coast. We have increased our cleaning protocols to protect our guests from the possible spread of Covid 19. Apartments are cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. Please put your used towels in the bath tub. If you use the kitchen we ask that you clean up after yourselves. Wash dry and put away your dishes. Clean the coffee maker, and stove.
