About The Property
This one bedroom , one full bath unit is on the first floor and just steps from the pool. The master bedroom has a King size bed. It is centrally located in the Sandestin Resort with great views and is peacefully away from the crowded rentals by Baytowne. Come sit on the back deck and watch the boats coming and going from the Sandestin Marina and watch golfers tee off at the 14th hole. There is a pullout couch for additional guests. Watch the fireworks at Baytowne Wharf from the privacy of the back deck. Particular Harbour has two complimentary Yolo bikes and a brand new (4) seater golf cart to cruise the resort. The resort has plenty of walking and jogging trails, and safe access to the beach across Highway 98 via a tunnel. Particular Harbor is steps away from several fishing lakes. On the Sandestin resort there are numerous restaurants and shops, a theater, and activities for the kids at Baytowne Wharf.
