THE PROPERTY: One primary bedroom suite is located downstairs. This suite is a perfect family bedroom, with a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, and a Smart TV. The ensuite bath features a walk-in shower. Upstairs, four additional bedroom suites round out this fantastic home. Three suites offer two queen-size beds each, while the fourth provides a queen-size bed with a twin-size sleeper sofa. Each ensuite bath features a pedestal sink, a walk-in shower, and fluffy white towels. Those who have to check in with the office will find a remote workstation on the second floor, including a desk and chair. We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Exceptions can be made if you have more than two pets. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required.
