Enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom! You'll love the view from the master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and can wake up to a perfect sunrise every morning! The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a double bed on the top. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The condo also offers free cable TV, high speed internet/wifi, a washer and dryer and one assigned parking space. Golden Sands offers an indoor and outdoor pool, oceanfront volleyball, tennis courts, a game room and a fitness center! There's also a beach bar and grill, convenience store and sandwhich shop on-site. One assigned parking spot is included at no additonal cost. **There is a $75 Golden Sands non-refundable amenity fee charged by the building. It it not included in the price at time of booking and will need to be paid to the building upon check-in at the resort.** * Rental is not available to groups under the age of 25. No pets, sorry. Non-smoking property. ** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add linens for $115 after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. **We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.** *Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day.
